These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our educational services, including all courses, materials, and resources provided by Chahal Academy Jaipur for UPSC/IAS exam preparation. By registering for or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3.1 To enroll in any course, students must complete the registration process and pay the required fees.
3.2 All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 Enrollment in courses is subject to availability and the Academy's approval.
4.1 Course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 The Academy offers various payment options as specified during enrollment.
4.3 Late payments may be subject to additional charges as communicated at the time of enrollment.
5.1 All study materials, test series, and digital resources provided by the Academy are the exclusive property of Chahal Academy Jaipur.
5.2 Students may use course materials solely for personal study purposes and may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials.
5.3 The Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, and faculty without prior notice.
6.1 Students agree to participate in courses in good faith and complete all assigned work.
6.2 Students must maintain academic integrity and refrain from cheating or plagiarism.
6.3 Students are responsible for their own learning outcomes and must actively engage with course materials.
7.1 All course content, including but not limited to study materials, test series, video lectures, and written resources, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Students receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use course materials solely for personal educational purposes.
8.1 The Academy makes no guarantees regarding examination results or selection in the UPSC/IAS examinations.
8.2 The Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8.3 Students acknowledge that success in competitive examinations depends on multiple factors beyond the Academy's control.
9.1 The Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9.2 Students may discontinue their course by providing written notice, subject to separate refund policy terms.
9.3 Termination does not relieve students of payment obligations for services already rendered.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
11.1 The Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.2 Continued use of Academy services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
